Exchange & Return Policy
I. Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns:
- Exchanges and returns are only applicable for orders made within Egypt.
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns on items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer.
II. Timeframe for Exchanges and Returns:
- Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels intact, and must be unworn and undamaged
- Tags must be attached in their original form, and undamaged
III. Exchange Guidelines:
- Exchanges are allowed for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.
- Exchanges are also allowed for a different product of different value, either having the customer pay or receive the difference
- Exchange have no extra fees, except the shipping fees
- Please note that our courier partners do not allow items to be tried on and returned immediately upon delivery. All returns must go through our official return process. Any attempt to return an item directly to the courier will not be accepted and may result in delays or refusal of the return.
IV. Return Guidelines:
- Returns are accepted for a refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds through online payments may take 14 business days after the items have been returned by the customer
- Returns are at no cost, or extra charge
VI. How to Request an Exchange or Return:
- Contact our customer support team via email at info@sightcai.com or through our Instagram page to initiate the process.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange or return, and the reason for the request.
